Some of the slip roads end at a T-junction though, not a roundabout. I've seen a few where the road markings are worn and the signage is poor. A lot of drivers get confused for a variety of reasons and I can see how the odd blunder can occur.

Apparently Kent has more motorway miles than any other county. I cannot think of one motorway exit (at least) that isn't onto a roundabout.

Clue, never

It's pretty difficult for me to get there without using a motorway.

Our dog was diagnosed with the same a few years ago. Hugely common, has minimal impact to most. Ours gets 1/2 a cardisure twice a day. Best tip, get your prescription and buy the actual tablets online. Much cheaper
