I've been trying to keep up with the plethora of WHS threads currently on the go....and I've completely lost track of where I read what about this, that or the other.....
All threads are going round in ever decreasing circles so I'm leaving them alone.....
I dip in every so often. Not sure, after the first couple of pages of each, that the arguments are much different in any of them. I could just merge them and see if anyone notices . I'm not sure that they would at this stage.I've been trying to keep up with the plethora of WHS threads currently on the go....and I've completely lost track of where I read what about this, that or the other.....

There are 3 in the bottom of the toolbox that you've never put the WD40 in.Why does the WD40 nozzle go missing when you need the damn thing?
A gently push has normally caused IKEA furniture to thoroughly dismantle itself, in my experience.Moving some ikea wardrobe from one room to another… why are some of the screws attaching the doors stuck.. forcing them means that the heads are destroyed.. now I m stuck on how to get the hinges off

You need to drill a hole in the screws and use an easy out, or similar to remove the screws. Up to them if they are fit to work or not.Staff that were off sick yesterday with muscular issues insisting on coming in today. If you aren't fit for work don't come in. Likely to be more of an issue than had they not been in
Yes and no. As we work in ICU I have to be sure they are fit to be able to move around the department safely especially as her role will involve a fair bit of walking to and from bed spaces. Waiting for them to come in so I can assessUp to them if they are fit to work or not.
