Sadly a long way to go. Want to take the NHS pension at 60 if it is financially viable and drop my hours but even that seems like forever away and I'm 58

Same age as me. I dropped a day this year (teacher) what a difference to my work life balance.

Am trying to decide if we can afford to do that now and go to 4 days but not sure its viable. Also considering doing compressed hours, so work four longer days and then take a day off.
