Our’s is a cold tub 10 months of the year. We float bags of ice in it in July/August to cool it down. The alternative is to stay in, in the afternoons as it’s often in the low 40’s.

I wouldn't want to be the fact checker on that claim but I'm questioning those numbers . Even though it's cobblers, it's done the job. No doubt this is on various social media pages, people will be googling who she is.

Very sad though, everyone involved ( however many)

Their packaging is crazy. Think you need to tick the "it's a gift" box to avoid this? I ordered some pillows. They came in a huge box with brown paper protection paper everywhere. Also ordered a stoneware dog drinking bowl which came loose in a box - in about 50 separate pieces. I had to return it!

Agreed. The size of the packaging in proportion to the contents in too many cases is ludicrous. Its quite disappointing when householders are making great efforts to be "eco friendly".
