There's only 2 types of drivers on the road....
Those who are maniacs behind the wheel who think they are Max Verstappen
And those who crawl along at 40 everywhere
There may be a few others but not many
ah the 40 mile an hourers

Where I live to get to the local town it is either 60mph with occasional shorter sections of 30mph through a village, the shear number of drivers who drive the whole lot at 40mph amazes me.

The traffic police love setting up on the road to catch them in the villages.

I think the worst one is you call them say a month after a test

Nothing wrong, we don't contact you if it's all clear

Awful way of working

How can you tell if all clear , results delayed or simply lost?

Just a txt "all clear" would work

Do you not have access to your medical record via the NHS? You can usually see the results on there or at least confirm the GP received the results.

Being away with very strange signal strengths.

Wedding yesterday zero signal at all. Fair enough least if you got nothing you expect nothing

Waking up today with 3 bars of "h" then 2 bars of 4 g now 4 bars of 5g.. thing is I've only moved from one side of the hotel room to the other... Or you won't move at all and the signal will change lol 🤣

Maybe it might vary, depending on how many people are using it at the same time

I bought myself a new electric drill, the button which changes direction of rotation is directly where I normally place my thumb. I was on the third hole yesterday when I realised why it was not drilling well.

My lounge is like that, so glad my new phone and provider allows calls over WiFi.

Booked my car in for a new tyre, 13:00. I get there and he says it may take two hours before it's done. Oh right. What's the worth in having an appointment time then? Looks like I should have brought my laptop then. 😖

Have gone to a nearby cafe where I had to wait 10 minutes for a table and have now waited a further 20 minutes for my order to be taken. Apparently everything takes forever these days. At least I have time to kill I guess.

I don't get some places. Had this other day when someone at work had a puncture.. he had to book to get it looked at.. mental imo

I got a puncture other day when driving. I didn't stop went straight in the shop (tyre was holding 20psi instead of 40) 20 mins later I had a new tyre on the car

When I read this bit, it immediately put me in mind of this sketch...

I can't be doing with Bake Off.... Professional Master Chef on the other hand... but I am always starving after watching it
All about food, but very different shows. I have no interest in PMC but watch GBBO every series. Much calmer, food I am more likely to eat. It is comfortable watching. The little I have seen of PMC, far too stressful.

Luckily, we have both options, and others........
