Foglights......
Either...
A. Devise a system that can sense when they're needed and automatically put them on and turn them off..
B. Educate people that, 99% of the time, they're not needed
C. Do away with the damn things......

Visibility was down to, oh, about 900 yards this morning and I'm getting dazzled by morons with fog lights on.....
And the same idiots who don't put their lights on when on a motorway or dual carrigeway in pouring rain with little visibility?

woke up to Zara's dad (on a 26 day cruise back from Europe to South Africa) having a bad turn and then turn into a heart attache as they are docked in Reunion Island. Bought a ticket half an hour later and took Zara to Gatwick. We thought he was probably dead and her mum di not know. Just found out he is hanging in there in the hospital in Reunion. Her mum on the ship tonight, Zara gets there midday tomoorow.

Just reacting to/liking this post didn't seem enough. Sending love and best wishes to you and all of your family.

Spotted an S3 electric trolley on eBay, very good nick, just round the corner from me so ideal for collection. Bid on it Friday, was the winning bid with plenty leeway between my actual bid and my maximum bid. It was finishing yesterday afternoon, so I kept an eye on it as the minutes counted down.

With 2 seconds to go I was still winning with £30 between my actual bid and my max. Then, boom, in comes a bid which beats my max by a fiver with no chance of responding. Must have been a bot.

So frustrating!

Migraines. It hit about 9am with an ice pick being driven into the top of my head. One massive stabbing pain. Now it’s just grotty ache around my right eye, which is watering incessantly, and a the feeling of throwing up.

Acupuncture could be your friend, it cured me back in '79.
Only had two since then!
Life changer, for me.

Is Snipe still operating on EBay? It was very good in its day.
