Members on here who have never been wrong in their life! There are perhaps 3/4 who immediately come to mind, one seems to have left in the last couple of months.

They are invariably on The Football thread, Rules, EV and LIV.

Surely it is a sign of strength to see and accept another person’s point of view and say so.

Maybe we should post in Things That Gladden for the one who's left :)

I'm assuming the guy called Phil who wasn't from Liverpool :)

Has he left or is he just taking a break?
I know he could rub people up the wrong way, but he isn't a bad person.
I, for one, would have no problem with him coming back.
When anyone on here winds me up I generally just try to ignore them, admittedly not always possible and I do sometimes bite.

I don't know, but for me the lack of stubborn "debate" when he has an opinion on something/anything has certainly improved my enjoyment of the forum...

Car battery dead. Had to get a lift to golf yesterday, and even though we jump started and left it running for a while, it still wouldn't start again this morning. Another expense then.

Worth also checking the car over to make sure nothing is draining the battery when you are not using the car. If you have a parasitic draw the new battery wont last very long.
