You guys must all feel like giants over there. Have all biscuits, choc-bars and snacks, shrunk in size & portion?
Pretty much. It's a sleight of hand by mfrs so that prices don't go too far past the pinch point. Reduce the size, keep the price the same. They hope people either will not notice, who are they kidding, or more likely we will just shrug and keep buying.

It's annoying 😠

Why is my iPad a minute behind my iPhone. I put on our whattsapp group last night am going for 10.00 am slot. The guys said “ it’s already gone”. I looked at the time clicked on the day and all the tee times had gone. Knocked the iPad off and on and it reset to the correct time. Why does it lose a minute 😳 how does it lose a minute 😳

Can't understand that, mine are always perfectly in sync.

Tesco online being out of tomato puree for about a month

I keep forgetting to pick it up so I ordered some tomato paste. Worked ok just water it down.

But then once it's open use within 48 hours? What a waste

How can Tesco have no tomato puree

On the plus side I've prepared a lovely cottage pie for tonight

Utter pain, but I do get why they have to be done, it's just a pain in the iiris.

Before anyone says anything, I know that this irritation is totally on me and my mindset.

Etsy. I have been so indoctrinated by the immediate dispatch, 24 hour delivery world that we live in that it annoys me every time I use Etsy and have to deal with the 'we will dispatch it over the next week' or 'sorry it may be a bit late, I forgot to buy packing materials then missed the post office and have to go to Aunt Mable's birthday tomorrow so will try and post it Friday'. I know that is what a lot of it is about and it is small, home sellers but it still irritates me and I know it should not.

Being asked to do something which is not at all in my job description. How to politely tell my soon-to-be-line-manager (5th one this year) "I have absolutely no intention of doing that, no."

Im having the same problem!
My wife came home yesterday with a new knee and is commanding operations from the settee.
So far today I have been asked to strip the bed, hoover the floors, steam the floors, fill the washing machine and turn it on and do the same with the dishwasher.
My biggest worry is that she now knows I can do those things. Decades of acting dumb down the pan!
