Amy Adams is 49!!!!! I'm watching a current film and I thought "crumbs she looks old" and she is. Not as old as me but older that I have her pictured in my mind in the other films I've watched.

Virgin media...again. Wife, being account holder, long story, renegotiated new contract after a jump from £37 to £54. They offered £48 and that's it. Right! I got on the phone to retentions nice lady, after my initial opening statement came back with.....£33 500mb TV and unused landline without any arguement and 18 months contact to boot. Why was this not offered to my wife?

We cancelled when the renewal went up to £54, the retention dept called a few days later.
New deal broadband only £19 pm going up by inflation in March/April.
Happy days.

Damn your eyes. That's what we actually wanted, but when I got offered £33 instead of the wife's £48 I snatched at it.😡

Our GP Surgery offers Steroid injections, I recently had 4 into my foot and within 3 days I was totally pain free.

My prescribed insoles were also 3 yrs old so the GP has also referred me to the local Orthotics Dept for remeasuring, I was seen a fortnight ago and my prescription had altered, which the physio believes had caused the issue to flare up.

Worth checking with your GP as to what is available.

If it continues as it is I will do. Thank you.

You have to be prepared to cancel.
Our deal was in my wife's own name so she cancelled and I applied as a new customer , I was offered a package for £38.
Two days later the retention dept called the wife and negotiated a broadband deal at £19 pm.
So I cancelled my deal, looks like their departments don't consult each other.

Virgin has sent me 3 optios.. currently I pay 140

1) Cheap renewal contract at £167
2) New bundle would have been 196
3) but if you are a new customer then you will get the same for 130

It just beggars belief

Wow sorry to hear that.
Hope your daughter is ok.

I’m guessing someone laughed as they didn’t think it was serious.
Thankyou, shes slowly getting it through it.
Its not the sort of thing you expect after being together for 11 yrs, engaged for 4 and then be told that 5 days after getting back from the honeymoon.
The other woman was even invited to the evening reception.

The £25k doesn't come into it, as long as my duaghter and 2 yr old grand-daughter survive well.
