That's a bit harsh Phil. I think SILH had every right to feel aggrieved by what was posted.
I fully understood where he was coming from and certainly wouldn't judge him or the situation he finds himself in.

Also the amount of times we get told "how dare you question my irritation" Its pretty much a rule not to judge them 😉

One wasn’t judging, I was simply saying that if you post stuff on here, people will comment and don’t be surprised if they do. It is a forum that’s what happens.

I respect SILH’s right to be irritated, but he must also respect others right to be irritated by his irritation 👍

Dishwasher socket burnt out by looks , minor annoyance but nobody hurt

Suspect the smart plug didn't realise was 10amp, all the others are 16amp. Now in bin and new socket ordered

wow! 16 amp sockets. Never seen those before but there again my house is 47 years old.

I presume they are wired in and not just plugged in to an existing 13 amp socket.

No sorry this wasn't very clear

My sockets are standard 13amp

The smart plug itself is rated 16amp ie can handle a dishwasher going through it .. but the one I had it in (without realising) was 10amp so it was why it got hot and melted my socket

Took over a year but luckily nothing bad happened

Dog owners with no manners… what kind of scum does this? Saw this Discovey at the lights with a parcel hanging from its rear window

(Updated) irritated with myself for making the wrong assumption.. I thought some dog Walker put it on someone’s car, but got educated by @Slime (Him/Her/They) that the bag might belong to the car driver and have been put there by them rather than drive with it inside the car..

They're taking it home with them, better than leaving it where it was pooped.
Unless they use the rear wiper, it's not falling off.

I wouldn't call them scum, I'd call them conscientious.
