Golf Things That Gladden The Heart

0.2 off the youths index on a round where he had to walk off after 13 with an injury. He’s now get 7 non counting rounds to try and post the scores that will get him into the 8’s.

He’s been reading Golf is Not a Game of Perfect, and it’s showing in his game as he approaches the levels were lowering your handicap becomes more challenging.

First day of our five day jolly to the Monmouth area today. First stop is Newport GC. Have not played there for six years so really looking forward to playing there again.

My local home course. Played yesterday, is in very nice condition.

Is that you at 10ish or 11ish?

Where else are you playing?

Was sent this from my regular 4 ball yesterday... ...I wasn't there!

One guy sent a nice shot to finish 18 inches from hole. Marked spot while rest of us putted to finish. He walked off the green with us chatting away. Nearly got to next tee before realising he hadn’t holed out.

🤕😵‍💫

Went back in time to resolve! Name taken out to protect the dozy!
