The Prodigal Son of this thread returns...

Rip Strips

I, genuinely, cannot remember the last time one of these hateful things actually worked....

Which bit of "I understand others people are different, but this is how I feel" are you struggling with? Do you need Bob to break things down to single syllable words so you can understand him? He has said that not everyone will think the same, and they are happy but that is not for him and he is also happy. Why do you always need to pick and try and have the last word? You are not always right on everything.
If he is, he must be someone's wife 😂

An invitation from senior management to a "Lunch and Learn" session.
The likelihood of me giving up my lunch break to suffer more management-speak drivel is about the same as the likelihood of anyone being impressed by their 3am emails to demonstrate how much Koolade they've drunk.

A client I worked with previously did “brown bag lunches” (same principle with an even tossier name) and I decided to attend one even though off-payroll workers weren’t technically invited.

Felt like I knew less stuff afterwards. In the words of Kevin Bridges, it felt like the cookies were being deleted from my brain.

I really don't like air fresheners. It's like my sense of smell links them to the stink they're trying to mask. So the spray smells like a mix of cheap perfume and...the delightful stink dogs can produce!!!
Thank you! I've tried to explain this to my wife and she doesn't get it at all. She thinks I don't like things that smell 'nice'. No! It's artificial smells that remind me of public bogs!
