Several things…
Wife needed a procedure due to illness, so I rang up the Cancer nurse to book her in for Tuesday this week for the procedure which is to deal with the cancer generated issue. No call until Friday afternoon last week, apparently the medical team didn’t think it was necessary having not examined her and wanted her to hang on for another 10 days… historically ( the past 5 times she has had 6litres removed after 12days) . The evidence in front of me suggested we are still on the same schedule. Hence me booking her in and giving them notice.
The consequence of not having the procedure is mobility drops, organs and functionality is compromised and vital consumption reduces.
Eventually her specialist has said yes she needs it ASAP so we are in tomorrow.. but common sense needs to prevail here I know their are p@ss takers but this is not pleasant or orgasmic so it is not a choice lightly taken!

End of summer. Less tomato plants ripening. Had to buy some supermarket ones today - they literally taste of nothing much in comparison to home grown ones.
