Of course. But even without the emoji, who on earth didn't realise it was a joke ...
I wasn't 100% sure, bearing in mind the one or two snowflakes on here!
Oh, and I'm not suggesting that you are one of those.
Of course. But even without the emoji, who on earth didn't realise it was a joke ...
If the forecast was for frost, I'd cover the windscreen with an old heavy blanket.
The delay was first in finding a bed in the cardiology ward, then there was a long list for surgery, I eventually got on Fridays list, but I got bumped off for an emergency. So they don't work weekends and I was booked for Tuesday at a private hospital 20'ish miles away. So I was done in the morning, driven back in an ambulance and then discharged on Tuesday evening. If I had to pay the surgery alone was just shy of £9kYou must have done one hell of a job to be kept in this long. Hope things are improving.
Big danger of demolishing your windscreen, especially if there is a slight imperfection in it.Absolutely this.
But, if I forgot, hot water has never failed me.

Seen it happen
Applying Rain X or cleaning the glass with Rain X cleaner is also good at helping rid your screen of frost.
Having said that, the best way full stop is a heated screen. My VW van can have the screen defrosted and clear within a minute.
Smug?…..you bet
I've been in delivery vans where a bottle has smashed. You can't miss the smell, it fills the van. 6 bottles would be unmistakable. The driver just wanted that out of his van and to be a problem for another person, another day. Very poor.delivery of wine this morning, 12 bottles. 6 of them smashed the guy must have just dropped them on the front doorstep and buggered off. was gone before id even answered the door. a meant feat considering the trouble the wine society go to with delivery boxes
Think of the positive and the chance to declutterBGas due today to fit a new Smart meter as the current one is obsolete.
Arriving between 10 and 2....
Spent the morning emptying the cupboard where it lives...full of junk..took a couple of hours plus moving furniture etc..
11.50 I get a text saying they can't make it today and will rebook....
Well thanks a lot....waste if a morning.
Bunch of peasants
If there's any way that you can manage to be with her at the end please try. Obviously only you know your pet but I have been told by a vet of pets in that situation looking around for a familiar face at the end and seeing only strangers. Although from what you've said it sounds as though she might not be aware of what is happening so might not make any difference to her.
My heart goes out to you. I've got two 14 year old cats and I'm dreading the day I have to face that decision.
Sadly today I had to make the hardest decision. One of the cats wasn't right this morning and was awake but not responding. Was very unsteady on her legs and kept twitching and shaking. Was a complete mess taking her to the vets but managed to pull myself together enough during the process and brought her home to bury her in the garden. Rest in peace Misty.
Yep, put gloves on, scrape and jobs a good un!The humble scraper still as good as it was in 1972
Used mine this morning. It took longer to scrape the ice off the car than it did to drive to the golf club. No golf, just coffee with usual mates as the course was frozen solid.whats wrong with just using a scraper?
The one they seem to love is Gastroenteritis. It makes them think they've got something very serious.People being unable to be ‘just ill’. Tummy upset is always food poisoning, sore throat is strep throat and if they get a bit of a cough ……
All undiagnosed, if you ignore Dr Google and always a big drama
Phil correctly called some of my posts "juice induced " lolYep. Apologies. It was a drunk attempt at humour after an evening in the pub and I forgot the emoji.
