Just think of it as a kind of promotion (or demotion if you're moving closer to the door) ;)
A previous company i worked for moved into a much larger building.
Seating plans were changed regularly in an attempt to smooth lines of communication etc..
There was 1 small side office that got the nickname The Departure Lounge as everyone who got put in it left within weeks.....
Everyone had everything crossed that they didn't get lumbered..... :ROFLMAO:

Mother-in-law's recycling has been changed to a new system, involving separating stuff into three boxes and a sack. Here is a quote from their Guide to Waste and Recycling:

"Recycling should be sorted into the boxes and sack. It is mixed together in the recycling vehicle and resorted at the depot"

WTF???!!!

I appreciate that people can't be trusted to sort things properly and it needs to be dealt with at the depot, so why are they putting everyone to the trouble of sorting it when they're going to mix it all up and re-sort it themselves?

This type of thing drives me mad. 'We want to encourage people to recycle and save the planet.. so let's make it as complicated as humanly possible.' Thankfully all our recycling just goes in one big wheelie bin and gets collected weekly. If the binmen can be bothered that is.

Ours is like that at the moment but we are getting another bin in the new year so we can separate cardboard and plastic. I do not mind that as my recycling is rammed full after 2 weeks so a bit more space would not go amiss. Means I can empty the bottle bin in my garage bar more often.

a "hack" for cleaning clubs on Golf monthly facebook - put them in some water first to losen the dirt! 😲

I hate "hack" used in anything.
Although Pink Stuff is fantastic for cleaning the faces of irons, and AutoSol is great for chrome and steel shafts.

You are in the right section of the forum. Embrace it 😄

Turning on the cold tap to rinse out a glass, and it finds the spoon in the sink, and splashes you.
Mildly kicking a cat bowl of water, and it looks like you spilled a Sports Direct mug on the floor
Swinging a driver at 109mph for an hour training, but put your back out taking the bin out.
Get in the car on a frosty day "Fill up washer fluid"
Catching your elbow on a door check as you walk into a room
Renting a movie on Sky for £15.99, and get an email the next day about new deals, and the movie is now £5.49
Knowing an adblocker will never work on the mobile version of YouTube

I really could do this all day haha

This x1000.

In the last 3 months I've been incapacitated for 4 weeks of them due to innocuous back injuries. The first time I sneezed in the car whilst simultaneously going over a speed bump - agony.

The second was changing my 2nd born's nappy in a village hall car park. More of a slow burner but had to roll out the bed the next morning.
