I’m sorry, but people saying the scores are all political are so culturally insular. Different genres of music are popular in different countries. Is it really a shock that a Greek song sung in Greek is popular in Cyprus?

Not sure what the plan is for next year given that the winning country hosts the competition.

Just had a listen to the Sam Ryder ESC track - and it’s pretty darned good…many orders of magnitude better than the UK guff of the last 20yrs.
