Band reunion; you have the power...

They were close Phil, but I'm not sure I like them enough to oust Phil & the boys, as undoubtedly talented as Freddie was as a frontman.

No doubt at all

The weird one is they just beat bands in my list like Deacon Blue who were brilliant live

The Who and Led Zeppelin.

Original Stones and Fleetwood Mac line-ups too.

And seeing as I was in my early/mid 20s in the 90s, an Oasis reunion would great, especially given the recent anniversary of What's The Story.

It's a tough question, a lot of bands who break up do so after a noticeable downturn in the quality of their output so reforming them wouldn't achieve anything.

Ultimately I would have to say Cardiacs. Tim Smith died earlier this year, after several years of illness, at the age of only 59. I only got to see them three times but their gigs were more like a religious experience than a mere gig.

Early Guns and Roses. Saw them at Donington Monsters of Rock in their infamous gig.

Fortunate enough to see Queen at Wembley, supported by the unknown band at the time, Inxs.

One choice only I think it'd have to be seeing the very early incarnation of Jimi Hendrix Experience before the excesses and fallouts kicked in, music was very raw, loud and energetic back then. Rightly a lot of focus on Jimi but Mitch Mitchell was a crazy good drummer and noel Redding no slouch on the bass. Live must've been amazing.

Led Zep is a given.

Simple Minds pre 1985 line up with Forbes and McNeil in it before they sold out.

David Bowie is another, the mid 80s Glass Spider tour lineup and material, not the 70s Ziggy stuff.

The original Dire Straits line up. I've seen them a few times and they were never as good once the original 4 piece split.

Never got to see Bowie, he would be my all time 'love to see' gig.

Another dream gig would be the original Genesis line which I'm fortunate enough to have seen.

I've got a cracking picture of Annie Lennox that I took in Brighton where she posed for me at the front of the stage, I'll dig it out and post it up here.

I spent most of my teenage years willing Led Zep to replace Bonzo and tour again. Now, I'm glad they didn't. I'm not keen on old bands getting back together and milking the nostalgia, it's never the same.

But, if I could travel back in time.....

Led Zep 1975, AC/DC 1979, Hawkwind 1973, Celtic Frost 1987

lol, probably loads of others

Resurrect them in their prime in the current age was the intention, but that works equally well (y)

It would have to be Led Zep or Queen

Being a drummer at heart I'll go for Led Zep, if nothing else just to for the chance to watch Bonzo live.

Queen for me.

Really like Queen with Adam Lambert and hope to see them for the 3rd time next year..

Always liked the original Uriah Heep with one the best voices for rock ever in David Byron.

Rolling Stones with Brian Jones, Bill Wyman the originals.

Saw them live in '65 and '68. Never mind the electricity they used they more than compensated with the electricity they generated.

Saw Roxy Music at Bracknell Sports Centre in the early 70's.
Outrageous Glam Rock, Brian Eno, Andy Mackay, Phil Manzanera and, of course, smooth Bryan Ferry.
What's her name.......Virginia Plain....

Easy one for me. Bruce and The E Street band with Clarence Clemons and Danny Federici, both sadly departed.

Seen them multiple times but would still pick them over any others.

Good shout! Saw The Boss at Bramall Lane in Sheffield in the mid-80’s - over 4 hours on stage with no break, loved every minute of it.

Blondie back in Parallel Lines days - unfortunately requires a time machine...

Bizarrely I think I did go to see them 1978 in Strathclyde Uni Student Union but I can't remember very much about the gig at all - I don't actually think I really knew who they were and hadn't listened to any of their music - just went along with a mate...

I was lucky enough to see Debbie Harry at Wembley Stadium in 1991 when she was part of the Summer XS line-up.

And it was quite a line-up, also including Roachford, Jesus Jones, Hothouse Flowers and INXS.

Michael Hutchence was some showman.
