My honest opinion is .
There is only one person with cards in his pocket.
They can stop this instantly by using the red one a bit more.
But they choose not to ,it’s as simple as that. Why I don’t know.
in any other job the man in charge would not put up with any of this so why does a referee .
Dosnt excuse Klopp or Pep or anyone else, if they can’t behave put them in the stands.

He was cautioned for it. Maybe he shouldnt have done it but lets have a modicum of common sense

I would argue the behaviour of children and adults on football pitches up and down the country stems more from society issues than what pro footballers do. I would like parents to take responsibility for there childrens actions. Sadly, there's parents out there who dont give a damn and their children are just replicating how there parents act.

Footballers and football managers cannot be held responsible for the actions of others.

So when my lad(14yrs old) dived and gained a penalty, then bragged to me after the game he’d done it because he’d seen Ian Wright do it there was no correlation between how football managers and players behaved…?

As for this parent, he got a 1 match ban from me.

That's the part we'll never know... In every game we see managers chewing the ear of the 4th official. I'm not naive enough to think that the official doesn't occasionally have a whitty retort that could wind up a manager and provoke a reaction of sorts..... Especially if you score a 94th minute winner and essentially want to say "up yours".

But let's be honest, football is absolutely rife with pathetic actions with everyone trying to get one up.... Pundits, players, officials throwing elbows.... They're all at it. Will it ever change? Doubt it.

There is history with Tierney and Klopp - Tierney has made a number of high profile errors in games and it’s cost us , no more than last season when Kane took out Robertson and and penalty shoot with Jota , there was also an incident with Gini

Tierney is a poor ref , as part as the likes of Styles or Riley in the past. Even yesterday some of his decisions were shocking - none more so than when Salah was going clear and being pulled back and he blew up for a foul against Salah. He seems like a referee who guesses when incidents happen

This was one of his classics

Refs decisions….. you win some you loose some, Liverpool are not the only team hard done by.

Klopp moaning about the ref makes him look a fool.

Seeing as your keen about posting screenshots why don’t you put up when Liverpool were so hard done by when Joto kicked Skipp in the head 👍

Don’t think i said that Liverpool are the only team hard done by 🤷‍♂️

And Mason was moaning about the ref ad well

I guess we could put up the Skipp tackle on Diaz as well if you want 🤷‍♂️

The trouble with screenshots is they never tell the real story I’m sure if someone found the right screenshot it would look like Skipp was going to break Diaz leg, in fact he got the ball first then caught Diaz and probably should have been booked.

Let’s get real here Mason had every right to feel aggrieved about Joto not getting sent off. Klopp just ranted about the ref who ultimately helped them and made a fool of himself

And as we have seen this season already a high boot to the end doesn’t always get a red card - Haaland in the Palace game shows that ( wasn’t even given a yellow )

Skipps tackle could have done serious damage and endangered the player , getting a touch on the ball doesn’t mean it can’t be a red card , Skipp should have been given a yellow card earlier for a challenge on Skipp - he was lucky to still be on the pitch

If Skipp was given a red card then it wouldn’t have been overturned by VAR just as if Jota was given a red card it wouldn’t have been over turned.

Tierney is a poor ref who constantly makes poor decisions - just as he did yesterday.
