Just as expected Timmy ...... just prompted a rule change to accommodate Aussie grubby behaviour. The underarm bowl wasn’t cheating.
If the rule needed to be changed to make it illegal, that tells you everything you need to know.Just as expected Timmy ...... just prompted a rule change to accommodate Aussie grubby behaviour.
Right again Timmy..... yep, everything has to be nailed-down when the Aussies are involved. If the rule needed to be changed to make it illegal, that tells you everything you need to know.
I just think it’s pathetic that people will spin this test as being won by cheating if Australia go on to win.Right again Timmy..... yep, everything has to be nailed-down when the Aussies are involved.

At lunch, Sky showed a prev instance when England did the same.. throw by Duckett or someone against NZ..I'd hate it if we did it and then didn't take back the appeal. Clearly not trying to gain any advantage. Stupid of Bairstow, but feels wrong to me.
Aye, I think we've got what your pathetic thinking is..... very Aussie-like.I just think it’s pathetic that people will spin this test as being won by cheating if Australia go on to win.
Ever seen a batsmen stumped when they lose balance and stumble forward out of the crease? They aren’t advancing down the track to get an advantage but the stumping stands.Mankad is trying to gain advantage. The one they showed the batsman started to take a run and then called "no run". I found both to be VERY different to this incident.
Sportsmanship is playing within the rules and accepting when you’re out.I’m not sure there are many complaints of cheating. I certainly haven’t claimed that. And most have accepted Bairstow was a bit of a chump.
But there are such things as sportsmanship and class. And I suspect I am not alone in thinking the Australians have shown a sad lack of both this morning.

Hate to be at the receiving end but fair play by Aussies (never would say that).. bairstow as a ‘keeper’ should have known better ..
Seems to have fired up Stoksey .. go for it boy
@Timmy....... this is it ^^^. Bairstow had made it clear he'd made his ground whilst the ball was in keeper's hands + umpires were also on the move. Very grubby 'under-arm' Aussies again. It was Pope, running out De Grandhomme, though there was a key difference in that CDG left his crease in playing the ball and never returned to his ground whereas YJB left his believing the ball dead. He was wrong, though given the bowlers end umpire had started to walk away and had Green's cap unclipped to return you can sort of see the grey area.
Cheating Aussies don't do subtle. There was a subtle difference with that incident. De Grandhomme set off as though he was trying to pinch a single, as though trying to force a fielding error.
Not sure the two incidents should really be compared if I’m honest.
I don't think there is even a subtle difference, they aren't comparable at all. There was a subtle difference with that incident. De Grandhomme set off as though he was trying to pinch a single, as though trying to force a fielding error.
