Is this the one that looked like he was stepping in to break up the car park spat - ginger with a bit of a beer belly on him?An aside. Who is that big guy with the beard who's permanently around Rory?

We love you MelHey James, I'm sorry fella, I shouldn't have said what I said about you talking nonsense, clearly the information I'd seen after a fairly extensive Google search didn't concur with what was said on the TV broadcast this morning while I was out golfing - or wherever you sourced the info from.
Also, can I also extend an apology to anybody else who dislikes me for having a different opinion and questioning the common narrative. I really am, truly, truly sorry.

Pretty sure the same guy was chaperoning some players at Centurion earlier this year, I'm guessing they are specialists in the security of players and contract out to big events. Not a bad way to earn a crust I guess...
I was a bit like that also…I’d watch a bit then go do something, then come back and watch a bit more. Then go away again. That said I managed to watch the last hour or so. I’m just hopeless when it comes to watching team sport especially when I desperately want a team to win…same as watching Scotland play football or rugby. I get incredibly tense - and tbh I just don’t need it. It’s so irritating. Put myself through agonies. Next Saturday evening I’m going to be in a total quandary…I guess I’ll start watching then hide behind the sofa…Just horrible. Tried telling myself to watch, just golf, doesn't matter if we lose, but I couldn't, so just kept refreshing BBC Sport website every 5 mins instead. Maybe that was worse!

Anyway…well done indeed Donald‘s Driven Dozen
Bob Mac eagled the 16th and we never saw it. Not even afterwards
Is a bright red forehead much better than a tan line forehead?I’m finding the whole Cantlay golf hat thing a bit of a car-crash. Three (at least) ‘reasons’ cited in media
Money protest
Hat didn’t fit
And just this morning, Patrick's getting married today and didn’t want the golfers tan line in his photos
The latter does sound the most plausible given how pronounced we’ve seen that on players but after seeing how much impact it had to the 3 days with fans, players and others, was it inevitable something/anything would be found to trigger the 'banter'/taunting/mocking and does the event need that... It really doesn’t
Perhaps he is having it in Italy, and it was the easiest way to ensure all his golfing friends would be available to attend? Is a bright red forehead much better than a tan line forehead?
Anyway, who the heck, player, books a wedding the day after a comp like that
But day after? Win and they all have chronic hangovers. Lose and they have chronic hangovers and faces like a slapped backside. 'Smile for the photo'sPerhaps he is having it in Italy, and it was the easiest way to ensure all his golfing friends would be available to attend?
Only 3 or 4 of the US squad is going apparently. But they are a really tight band of brothers who would die for each other. Just not to invite to your wedding.Perhaps he is having it in Italy, and it was the easiest way to ensure all his golfing friends would be available to attend?
This is how I would do it. A new captain for each home tie, they continue into the subsequently game in the USA and the next home captain comes from the pool of previous vice captains.I thought Europe had blown it at one point, I was convinced it would be Fleetwood or bust…
I think they should give Donald another go, should all Captains get both a home and away match? Rose can be a VC in 2yrs and then take the job on in Ireland.
Although it is difficult to believe much coming out of the media these days. I'm only positive there is a wedding as Cantlay said so himselfOnly 3 or 4 of the US squad is going apparently. But they are a really tight band of brothers who would die for each other. Just not to invite to your wedding.
