First ever issue with evri this week.

They collected a wedge I was selling last Thursday. Saturday it said "returning to sender" nothing has been returned to me. No update on tracking.

They claim that it's just the wording that it's still on the way to the buyer

Yet nothing has been updated on their website since Saturday

I've insured it for the full amount he paid for it however I don't feel like I'll get the money back anytime soon
They lost a shaft I sold a few years back..made the claim and the refund took less than a week...
A month later the shaft was delivered back to me....so I got to sell it twice...

There are 3 routes to the golf club...
1 is closed for drainage work as it keeps flooding
1 has PITA traffic lights where HS2 crosses a major road into town
The other had traffic lights for weeks at a junction..it was closed last week so they could fix the problem...open for 2 days and now we're back to traffic lights....
It shouldn't be this difficult

Thanks for this. I've just submitted the form to claim for the value of the wedge, hopefully they pay it out soon

Lying couriers.

Got a message last night saying that my replacement battery charger would be delivered today, and required a signature. I was due to be out golfing this morning, so clicked the box to say deliver to a neighbour if I'm not in.

Come off the course to get an email saying my parcel had been delivered, and I had signed for it! I assumed that meant they had given it to next door who had signed for it.

Get home, there is a card through the door saying the parcel is behind my bin (which it was). Check the online tracking - "Signed for by David on Thursday 05th December 2024 at 11:32"

Ok so it's not a big deal, but it does annoy me when they say it's been signed for, when it hasn't.

Na I'm with you here. Many times a parcel has been left on my doorstep and said "handed to resident Paul"

1 you left on my doorstep
2 I was out my wife was in

So please. Stop lying just put left on door step

Best thing I did was get a SumUp card reader. ok, it's 1.69% trans fee but still way less than Paypal. I found most customers wanted to pay by card rather than bank transfer and so being able to take payment over the phone or in person when they were collecting or I was delivering. I just built the fees in to my pricing structure (especially at the higher end of the scale like £8000 dining tables) but made it clear to the customer.
I have one, but when they are in the Far East and wanting to pay it's a little difficult/

And then they have the nerve to ask for a review on how the delivery was and ignore you when you raise concerns and give then 1 star.

Sounds a bit dodgy. Don’t sell overseas for that reason.
it is totally legit, one of the many foriegn property owners I deal with albeit normally through a property manager. In this case I was dealing with the owner themselves through their staff.
I don't normally activate paypal, as I know the fees are quite high, but sometimes I have to and you certainly can't resend in increased invoice becuase they want to pay by card. Its just one of the very few times Ive had to, and it always annoys me with their fees. Luckily it's just a randon (rare) irritation

It is a big deal really.
How many other situations would you be ok with someone forging your signature?

It’s lazy and there getting away with it 😳

I posted earlier about them leaving my parcel, meant to be delivered to my neighbour, just left on my drive. They just asked for feedback attaching an image of it on my drive with the comment "delivered to your outhouse".
