Definitely. Transformative.

Mine were about £20-25 but I've had them a while now. Wash every couple of wears, let them dry naturally.

They feel slightly odd when you first put them on but after about 10 seconds you forget about them. It's like the awkward feeling when you first put a base layer on, and then it's gone.

Never let me down, you don't worry about looking for a ball in the long, wet, grass for example.
I wash mine after every round, had them for two years - they are excellent.

I was looking at the cold weather socks, which is really when I would want them for their waterproof qualities. I’m less bothered about wet feet in warm weather.

The cold weather ones are expensive.
Wear a normal pair inside a waterproof pair, your feet staying dry will stay warm.

The cold weather ones are more meant for serious trekking across rough terrain, not walking round a golf course for four hours.😂

Nah. I hate Christmas. It’s the least wonderful time of the year.
My wife and I are grumps as well. We don't play the buy a present for each other pressure. We are good with dinner and meeting up with family......the rest, not so much. And....like several other holidays, the commercial push to buy buy buy we find annoying.

I'd like to go overseas and play golf at Christmas. No chance, I'm married to the blooming Xmas Fairy!🤣🤣🤣
