Yet the gymnast knew why his difficulty score was low. It's Baker's sycophantic shrieking that I can't bear although he's always sickly sweet!

Didn't play golf today and have spent most of the afternoon watching the golf... good stuff it is too.
Feeling quite motivated to go and play there now. I used to work 15 mins from there, but never got to play it.

Oh my word my new favourite sport. Canoe Slalom. Like BMX racing but in boats. Bit like It's A Knockout in parts. Brilliant!!

Seriously I'm beyond obsessed. I start every day by planning what I want to watch and everything else around that!
I've never seen the Kayak or Canoe Slalom. Didn't know it was a thing. It's brilliant and nuts in equal measure. I thought the leader had capsized until I realised doing a roll thingy is required. Love it!
