LIV Golf

Just to be clear about my post, it wasn’t particularly about LPL. Look at some of the anti LIV trolls, I’m very happy to be corrected but some appear to only post on this one thread.

It wasn’t aimed at you.

If your happy to be corrected then this isn’t the place for you ?

So let’s get this straight then

You are now only allowed to post positive about LIV golf

You’re not allowed to counter any points with a negative or indeed facts

And if you don’t like what’s being posted you can just stamp your feet throw your toys out and call people a troll all whilst your posts crying about what other people post adds zero to the thread

The CW is in 122 million homes and the App has been downloaded 90 million times..

YouTube has 2.6 billion monthly active users....

Is The CW really a step forward..?

Which posters only post on this thread? I might be wrong, but I'm sure I've seen the names pop up elsewhere. In fact, it is actually Mel Smooth that rarely has a presence on any other thread (albeit, I've seen his name slowly come into the mix elsewhere). Not an accusation, people can post where they want. Just an observation.

All these accusation or tongue in cheek comments about anti LIV bots is surely the definition of trolling? At least the other comments are trying to make points, whether you agree or not. That is the essence of a debate.

How useful would it be that, everytime Mel Smooth posted, someone immediately responds "LIV bot, LIV bot"?

Come on…

That’s like saying 100 million people like Coke but Water is more popular..

?

Anybody got any plans to attend any LIV events this year? Saw a guy from Australia yesterday comment that their event is sold out for Saturday and Sunday, so he's flying over to Singapore (which is nearly the same distance for him to the OZ event).

Hopefully I can get to the UK event, although I've already got a few weekends booked with the youth and his golf comps around June and July, so I'm praying the date is kind to me. Might even sort out a mini coach from up here if there's enough interest, give everybody chance to have a few beers during the day and into the evening.

Highly likely to attend this year again.

I'm defo going to the London event to film a video for my Youtube channel about the day........and night.

The London event is reported to be 2 weeks before The Open which would make sense.

Without checking my diary I think that weekend would work for me.
Be interesting to see how the crowds compare to last year - which to be fair, we’re reasonable for the inaugural event.

*checks list*
Don’t worry you’re not on it ?

Looking at her social media account Bella Angel seems to be linked with LIV golf so I might be tempted to go to the London event - purely for the golf of course!

Absolutely right.
It's individual and team golf as well of course.
Liv gives you both formats to follow.
Although as I keep saying we must remember that at the end of 2023 Liv will only be 23 events old as a tour.
2024 is going to be the pivotal year.

I was surprised to read that this CW channel is in more American homes that ESPN and is part owned by CBS.

I'm still none the wiser as to how to watch it in the UK.

CW is available on the US Version of freeview , anyone that doesn’t pay for cable gets the non subscription channels

CW is like Dave these days , it’s full of repeats from teen programs and reality programs from the 00’s , it’s been close a few times to stopping but gets by with ad revenue

However even you must agree, it is a small step in the right direction for them.
Doesn’t matter what channel it is, they have airtime now to bolster the YouTube channel. You and I both may not like it but it looks like it’s here to stay, for a few years at least.

A cording the Big Draw in post 9631 YouTube is finished......
Hence my question about numbers earlier....2.6 billion (YouTube) vs 200 million (The CW).....

I think you might be over counting the population of the US with YT, easily done but best to remember some of them are just fat, not two or three ppl ;)
