Yes, it is tiresome. But you insist on having the debate. Bit like every other debate on this threadYou're not a proffesional golfer. LIV players are. Move on, this debate is tiresome and going nowhere.

The OWGR debate is valid, you bleating on like a spoilt 5 year old child about how you don't get ranking points is a clear and total diversion away from some sensible points that are being put across.
Yes, the like of RS and The Jazzy Golfer are part owned by Performance54
Aren’t some of these YouTube guys supported by one of the media arms of PiF?
Ohhh, now resorting to personal insults because you don't like someone having a different opinion. The OWGR debate is valid, you bleating on like a spoilt 5 year old child about how you don't get ranking points is a clear and total diversion away from some sensible points that are being put across.
Thinking about it more Rick and guy are very much not overly keen on Liv, even talk it down
So can't be that influenced by the media Arm
Found this
Some of Performance54’s highlights over the last twelve months include;
Collaboration with Rick Shiels on reaching and surpassing the 1m YouTube subscriber milestone
They don’t overly support LiV. But look at the people Ric has on his channel and the way he has been with some like Bryson on SM.Thinking about it more Rick and guy are very much not overly keen on Liv, even talk it down

Off the top of my head I think performance 54 are heavily invested in Rick Shiels, Peter Finch and The Jazzy Golfer - pretty sure there could be a few more, but I don’t believe any of those channels are actively attempting to support LIV. From the bits I’ve seen, like you, Rick and Guy seem pretty ambivalent about LIV. I’ve not even seen anything from the other two that could be used to support an argument over allegiance to LIV one way or the other..

Finch is the same. Was recently critical of TGL on his podcast and does a lot with the Carter fellow who is deep in the pockets of LiV.
Aye but you won again for the 3rd time at that one near Balmoral on which I gave commentary in JulyJust saw the latest WAGR and I am outraged at the way I’m tumbling down the rankings. OK I haven’t played any ranking events since July but I can’t understand why the events I do play aren’t rated. I mean, I won the scratch at the October medal with a pretty sporty nine-over 82. No points for that!!!?? It’s all a stitch up to keep rubbish middle aged Scottish players out of the ANWA.
A disgrace I tell you, a disgrace! Is the WAGR even relevant nowadays?
I expect the money that LIV pays will come with heavy media obligations. That might mean that the likes of Shiels and Finch get a friendlier and more accommodating response from LIV golfers than other golfers. This is pure speculation on my part. Poulter and Westwood have both been on Rick Shiels' channel (although Westwood may have been on pre LIV), but so have Min Woo Lee, Rickie Fowler and Adam Scott.
At least Shiels and Finch still consider the LIV players to be professional golfers, I wish we could say the same about OWGR.
It’s probably got more to do with the contractual freedom that LIV players have compared to the PGAT.
Brysons channel for example is thriving, probably gets more views than LIV itself through the You Tube platform.
In your head, but not in the heads of those that matter.Except we do, because there are ranking systems that haven't lost all credibility.
You need to take a look in the mirror mate. You're not a proffesional golfer. LIV players are. Move on, this debate is tiresome and going nowhere.
Take your own advice I would suggest.Come on.. Keep off the thread, hit the ignore button, do whatever you like so you aren't seeing my posts - it's not that hard.
Agree re the Hero Challenge - has been discussed on forum well before liv came along. For what its worth I've net felt that this event should get OWGR points due to its small field and relatively high number of invites, never the less you arer still comparing eggs to bananas.
