Of course - you can only go by what’s actually happened and since Smith it’s prob not been many big players as such. How they refresh the line up will be interesting
Yep, I think September/October time may be intriguing.
It may be by then, after the run of US events, they think they can do another year without much change, or they need something significant.
The fact the USGA changed their exemption wording (presumably at the behest of PGAT) suggests their is a perceived risk of more jumps.
The outlook for the players lower in the liv standings who don't stay on isn't completely clear yet either.
Nothing more than wild speculation but I wonder if they might try to go to 15 teams, if staying in 3 balls with 2 groups starting on par 5s.

The PGAT is still very worried about the threat of Liv moving forward....
That in itself says a lot..

With DPWT being given the go ahead earlier this month to apply the sanctions from Centurion last year, has anyone seen the full list (16 players I think)?
Am assuming players like Otaegui and Larrazabal are on there.
Guess more will come out in next week or so, not sure how transparent it'll be though.

.. - do you think there is an any player regretting moving across ? And is there any players that would jump back to the PGAT if they could ?
Last Autumn I think Gooch could have been thinking about it, don't think he'd really researched what the PGAT's actions were likely going to be.
Suspect he may think differently now though.

Gooch has been totally open about it, he ended up on Liv by default.
He played Centurion thinking he would just get a fine and go back to the PGA Tour.
Then had to commit to Liv as he had no other option.

Financially its obviously been a great move for him but he may miss playing the PGAT as it was never his plan to leave.
The others knew the consequences of their actions where he didn't think it through or was given bad advice.

Which again, seemed to be a surprise to TG.

It does make one wonder why the top names aren’t all that fussed about playing in Aus 🤔
