Never seen him drive so poorly. Double bogey on the 10th because he didn't get on the short stuff.

Yes but he’s hitting it a long way. Some on here say it’s all about distance.

Unbelievable watching Rory,probably the most frustrating watch.
Him thinking just get it down as close as possible is costing him.
His putting is just one reason he will never win the Masters,is shocking at times.
They mentioned it in commentary that being in the Marquee group could be effecting him and I think it does.
Look like I’ve saved £100 pounds as I was going to put £200 on him.

Not sure why people are surprised by Rory. Every time he tees it up on the big stage a 50% chance he's going to bottle it. No doubt he will go round in 61 on Sunday though

He’s back there again, just with a different head worm.

The guy needs to shut his mouth, clear his head, and let his golf do the talking.

Guess Rory isn’t having a great round. Not sure why there isn’t all the advice when he is playing well or he becomes a bottler again . At times a player will have a poor round - it happens.

I always think there must be a second Rory, people can't be talking about someone who has already won and been world number 1 this year needing to let his golf do the talking and bottling it 50% of the time. A bad round happens, we just forget they do because Rory, Rahm etc are so consistent.

I always think there must be a second Rory, people can't be talking about someone who has already won and been world number 1 this year needing to let his golf do the talking and bottling it 50% of the time. A bad round happens, we just forget they do because Rory, Rahm etc are so consistent.

Has Rahm ever admitted he's let something get in his head that has affected his game?

Rory has, he went through quite a slump while he was in that period, and he's in danger of letting another distraction affect him in a similar manner. Clearly the guy has mental frailty - if he didn't his golfing talent would have racked him up a few more significant wins. He desperately needs a major win - but while he's sparring with Greg Norman, and trying to strategize overthrowing LIV, I'm not sure he'll get one.

Can you keep your trolling to one thread please. Unless you can prove that having a point of view is the reason a golfer plays poorly at the Players
