I think a lot of members on here would be better off keeping there noses out of other peoples buisness and let others enjoy the game how they want to enjoy it!!! All the gear? Really? The guy probably isn't that serious about the game so bought the oldest cheapest model of a GPS watch!!

so he isnt a serious golfer but buys all the gear,so he can say he plays golf and has xyz to anyone within earshot,and his playing how he wishes to enjoy it impacts on the 5 group behind who are not enjoying watching his duff it 20 yds every shot.

Suggest they get New Golf Thinking then and look at the section on Bouncing Back especially 'How not to get upset about things that happen'.
