I know how ya feel mate, i went to my 9 hole par 3 local for a quick loosen up and it keeps my swing in when i cant get out on the big boy's course, but on the Wed i shot an awful 56 i could not hit a thing, and came off feeling whats the bloody point.

Then i went back on the friday and shot a 34 somtimes we have to have the bad times to get the good one's so keep on trucking and you will always have that day
