There's one at the Lostwithiel Golf & Country Club Cornwall. Only about 120 yards, but it fills like 120 yards long and 120 yards down. A couple of us had a buggy about ten years ago and nearly turned the thing over on the way down, its like going down Lombard Street in San Francisco.

At the back of the green is the OB fence and then the railway line, so if you time it badly you could hit a train.
If I remember it correctly I hit the green on both occasions we played the course, sounds like more luck than judgement.

I love that hole! And course. It's made more difficult by the fact that there are trees all down the right which shelter you from the prevailing wind. Once your sand wedge gets above the tree line, it can take off to the left. I've seen several people put it on the train line behind.

There is a similar hole at Bridport. You definitely don't want the honour on those holes. Let your mate go first and have a shufty as he puts the club back in the bag!
