Love the 2nd at Woburn on the Duchess. Although the short par 3 3rd on th Duke gets most of the praise, the 2nd is a beautiful hole and pretty intimidating at the same time. Like threading cotton through a needle!

Definitely nowhere near the best. It's brutal - particularly wind against, which is always when I've played it :mad:
I guess its a definition - i remember hitting 8 iron in the morning and 3 wood in the afternoon...its challenging and memorable = good!

I've been massively struggling with this one, as there's so many to choose from and so many I've forgotten.
9th at Silloth is lovely, with great bunkering and a very tricky green if you short-sided yourself.

I agree, I have played so many good par 3's badly over the years but the one I would go back and play time and time again is the 12th at Hopeman, just love it as its so natural.
