I was born and bred in this country, i am proud of it… I’m not ashamed of it’s history or it reputation. Im unashamedly English.( can you say the same?)
I know that being nationalistic is something of a slur nowadays but I don’t care. There is nothing wrong with being English.

Factually correct?…But the economy is in the doldrums already,how do you think we are going to afford the expansion?…How will we provide for the three quarters of a million that turned up last year?

There is not enough to go around at the moment for the 67 million that live on these islands, how do you intend to provide for the 3rd world at our doorstep?

Nachos seem to be a thing at the cinema now. Even noisier and smellier. It amazes me that people can't go 2 hours without food.

Clearing house of about 50 vinyl EPs that I though "yeah, I could do without those and make some room"...

Only to start browsing Discogs and buy about another 60... WTF is wrong with me!?

So the majority of these arrived today... I didn't order them all from the same seller so they came in multiple packages, some packaged better than others (no damaged vinyl that I can see, yet!), but the postie looked like she was ready for murder on the doorstep . Think it was a bit awkward to carry the 7 different packages...

Let's all take a moment to sympathise with the Royal Mail being put to the inconvenience of having to deliver parcels. Clearly not their job.

I've had a mild sore throat for about 3 days now. Tonight it seems to be stepping up a notch ☹. Just one side, but it is painful

My phone is cheesing me off. Seems if I travel more than 15 miles from home, it won’t access or use mobile data, unless I reboot it. It’s happened three times in the last week.

Just as mine is doing at the moment - out of the blue for no obvious reason I’m unable to download pictures posted on WA as no internet…switch off phone and restart - still no success - really frustrating as otherwise phone seems to be working fine.

Oh dear... Sore throat here now as well. Already had a sniffle before it so it's backwards compared to usual colds.
