Probably curse myself again, but this is very rare good start for me - all four of my selections are currently in the top 5 (including ties)! Reed, Hillier, Ferguson, Wallace. Won't be using the subs this time.

I'm guessing that your points did come across. I was hoping for some competition from a fellow late starter but I'm adrift on my own!

Yes. They came over. Im currently 5th in the league.

A bit of info for those who haven't experienced it...
The system will autopick from your bench if a player in your starting 4 misses the cut and you don't change them out..
If this player is your Captain the system won't automatically pick a Captain for you..you have to do it yourself or you won't have one for the next round..
Fragger had Hill as Captain, he missed the cut, the system swapped him out for one of his bench players as Fragger forgot to do it himself, didn't assign a Captain so Fragger is Captain-less in round 3......sad but true....

Does the captain get extra points or anything?
I did exactly the same a couple of weeks ago (might of happened twice).
I didn’t mention it as was hoping I wouldn’t be the only numpty .
Between that and not using any boosts in the first swing I think I need to learn a bit more about what goes on as I thought originally you picked 4 players and 2 subs who replaced them if injured.

Captain gets double points but there is a triple point boost that you can use once per swing...
As has been said the format is way too complicated....

I was assuming that if your captain was swapped out you wouldn't be able to assign another player as captain.

Getting to the point where I can’t be arsed , if you don’t look at the team at the end of every round and make adjustments, then you are well and truly stuffed
