This 100%Pharmacists (and/or their assistants). I'm sure their training of 3-4 years is nothing more than 'Advanced Staring At Things'. 6 of them in there today. 2 permanently staring at a computer screen, 3 staring at shelves, and 1 who periodically disappeared into a cupboard.
The Lloyds at the Royal Free Hospital is a nightmare. If the Dr prescribes drugs (which he does electronically) you have to queue up at window 1 to give your name and DOB, this takes about 5 minutes. Then they normally say waiting time is about 45-50 minutes. They give you a number and when the big tv thing shows yours is ready you have to go to queue at window 2. This queue is the absolute slowest and can take 15-20 minutes.
Absolute killer after a long day.
