Pretty much why I’ve got to do but for me it’s hamstrings, hips and shoulders. They’ve taken a battering with work over the years and I need to stem the tide!I done a solid 3 month worth of legs and back stretching routines early last year. i felt amazing then the second kid arrived and it went on the scrap heap, it's soul destroying how quickly it goes back to tightness and aching
