Yes with some, and whilst there is likely benefits to both, do wonder how much choice the "smaller" ones really have.

Think you are maybe mixing up Japan with Asia

Is that the same Asian Tour that hosted International events in the Uk

And believe the DP Put those events into the countries due the Asia Tour being over in the Middle East at that time and with the one in Singapore being one of the inaugural G4D events in Asia and being back by Asia

Don’t expect them to be putting in events in the same country at the same time

I seem to remember people saying LIV wouldn’t last 🤔
Well this thread is knocking on 3years old 🤷‍♂️
Would be interesting to see peoples post count on it 😬
LOL! ......That was before we realized that LIV wasn't trying to become profitable, and their only goal was to destroy the PGAT. 😂 LIV is about $5Billion in with a valuation of zero. IMO

So as I said yesterday - nothing has changed , fines will still be issued , sanctions still there

Players all knew this

Maybe Garcia himself needs to be reminded of what he said about the tour , he is very very lucky that they allowing him to rejoin

the DP tour will always look after their own tour -players jumping to LIV could have potentially made them even further down the ladder

At the end of the day it’s all being driven by greed and money

ET sold out to the DP tour because it struggled to get sponsers to feed the top players greed which is why they went to the US - they applied some level of rules to ensure that the players still had to play some part of the tour

LIV is essentially a rival tour - events based in the same countries as the DP and going up against them

All the crying from the players at tbe end of the day is pretty pathetic - they made a choice based on money - live with that choice

Phil / Arthur, you are pretty much undisputed No. 1 in the Rory fan club, i think most of us would agree

Perhaps you could enlighten us on all of his about-turns and flip-flops on most subjects. Specifically the Olympics and Ryder Cup spring to mind..

Or is it only Rory who's allowed to change his mind? 🤷🏻‍♂️

What’s Rory got to do with Garcia slagging off the DP Tour throwing his membership in and walking away with his toys 🤷‍♂️

Believe Garcia said the tour was “insert expletive”

And that all the players on the tour were “insert expletive”

Isn't that precisely what many have done on this forum saying it's not what it was.. deleting their accounts and then returning at a later date

Are they lucky we let them back?

Be interested to see some quotes of Sergio slagging off the DPWT - I thought he was pretty balanced in his views given the circumstances at the time.

According to Twitter/X Patrick Reed is a world top 10 player after winning that well known important event the Hong Kong Open. Congratulations Patrick on your return to the top of the world game 🤭

Does anyone else feel he's put the pin in the wrong spot? Seems to be too near the front so it takes away really screwing the ball back and he hits the rocks at the front a fair bit.

He looks like it pretty much needs to be a slam dunk to get it in there. There's no roll at all - wonder if there's a pin position where he could feed it into the hole - having said that, he's hitting a wedge - it's never really going to roll out very far.

I thought that but then switching it round the pin looks like it's set and it's probably perfect for everything else he uses it for in his practice but I doubt he put it there thinking I'm going over this house lol 🤣
