Ye old Boomer I can assure you that you are not being abused. YOB short for Ye old Boomer, is also slang for yobbish behaviour in the UK. Basically someone being a bloody idiot. Same thing as your POTUS. Mr Donald Trump. Trump is slang for passing wind or farting, trouser cough etc etc. Maybe quite apt. Anyway It’s an English trait that we shorten things. EG, Tashyboy being Tash. Williamalex1 picked up on the Yob and American and like the strange sense of schoolboy humour we Brits have, made a reference to it ?
