I'm the same, I think Esure have sussed that because of the choice available retention is key.

Even without D/Cs, an experienced driver will see a hazard up to 2 seconds sooner than an inexperienced one. They will be able to give an instruction, maybe grab the wheel or handbrake....
Quite frankly, I'm amazed anyone has the balls to sit with a Learner in their first few hours without D/Cs....utter madness!

is this something Halfrauds sell to convert your car to dual controls?
