I really love a good lamb or goat curry on the bone. Flavour is so much better with the bones in.
My all time favourite is a Quarter Mutton Bunny when I am back home in Durban.?

Any time you're in the Midlands, try and find a desi pub that does food. If you find a good one it'll be on a par with most restaurants for a fraction of the price.
Try one of the mixed grills and you'll not be disappointed, comes out sizzling on a bed of onions, depending on the size ordered it should include, tikka, wings, sheekh kebab, fish pakora, chicken lollipops and Prawns too sometimes. For between £12-15 you'll be stuffed.

Mine varies from different places but my go to Curries are Jalfrezi, Madras or a Balti with Spinach.

There is something about Indian food that I'm allergic to. Even if I go out with the lads and have an omelette and chips I feel terrible the next day! Shame really as I have missed many a good night because of it!

Forget all this mince pie nonsense, they're for girls. Proper man food is curry, what is your favourite?

Choice of 2 for me, either a chicken pathia or a chilli chicken mossala.

1, 2, 3 - for children or those of a weakling nature.

4, 5, 6 - lager boys and lightweights.

7 and 8 - Full grown adults.

9 and 10 - Now we are talking serious proper curries.

Mildest Curry
1. Korma
2. Pasanda
3. Biryani
4. Tikka Masala
5. Dhansak
6. Bhuna
7. Jalfrezi* - (beware pathetic versions of this in non-Indian eateries)
8. Madras
9. Vindaloo (I've done a few of these in my time)
10. Phall (Once was enough)
Hottest Curry

Archari, karahai or narga are the standards, but I do love trying something new. This thread was perfectly timed as me and HID were having a debate about the Friday night take away, looks like she’s getting a kebab and I’m off to the Indian on the opposite side of the road, splendid!

Anyone do Indian for breakfast? We have started going to Dishoom when we go to London. The food is great, recommend the full Indian and naan breakfast wraps - especially when washed down with a Bloody Mary ?

not been to dishoom for breakfast but had plenty of lunches there
