Drove by Highwoods yesterday morning, still completely covered in snow. Don't reckon it will be playable until at least next week-end as it's parkland and will be as boggy as hell with the thaw.

Course open, full tees and greens. Winter league tomorrow, 104 competitors, and I haven't hit a ball in 3 weeks. Who knows what will happen...

Think there is a chance we might be open as well. 
After the rain and the slightly warmer weather the last couple of days it's washed a lot of the snow away.
We're quite lucky, our course has really good drainage so all the snow melting shouldn't turn it into a mud track.
Gonna pop up later and see what's what. Hit a few balls on the range as I haven't hit anything for a few weeks.

Booked on the Struie course at Royal Dornoch Saturday. Championship course still closed as are pretty much all the others up here. Fortrose might open on Sunday.

Rain and thaw here some green shoots but course still closed. I am definetly having withdrawal.

Phoned the course this morning and still lots of snow in areas around the course. Also other parts are flooded so its still closed but if the thaw continues then we might be out by middle of next week

Comp off but..........13 holes open today, hoorah. Don't think I've ever been as happy for it to rain. Now we just need it to 'crack the flags' for a few days and we're sorted.
Managed to get to the range today. Swung past the course on the way home. First and second still frozen and much of the back nine waterlogged so closed until at least Monday
