Courses open this weekend

Was down at my course this morning and it's still closed looks like next week at the earliest i think the frost is still in the ground even tho there's no snow.
Was at the range this morning at St Andrews and there still closed , apparently th R&A are panicking about the greens on the Old Course because of the ice still on them and have been in contact with guys in Canada who no all about this.
So back to the question ,anyone luckily enough to be playing this weekend ?

I'm sure our course will be open. The snow melted 3 days ago and the forecast for the weekend is a balmy 10 degrees.

Unfortunately, I had an Appendectomy last week so golf for me is off for about a month.

Yes Steve,playing Saturday and Sunday all being well on the normal course,no winter greens. Surprised about the Old,thought they would have been in the same boat as us.

I have two games arranged this weekend, the Winter KO on Saturday and the Monthly medal on Sunday, dont suppose that any of them will be played.

Cleaned the snow of my car last night and it was easily 6 inches deep.

Not much chance this weekend but I'm hoping the thaw may mean it'll be open by next weekend althouugh I'm pretty sure 14-16 will be closed because of flooding. Off to the range this weekend to try and resurrect my swing
