My Missus is doing one of my favourites tonight.
Two chicken breasts, stuffed with mozarella and wrapped in bacon, chips and brussels sprouts with thick, thick gravy poured all over the top.
Followed by spotted dick and custard.
Wallop!!

what gets my goat with chips is when you go to skegness, lincolnshire where most of the potatoes are grown you get a tiny portion for £2. I go home in the middle of the country and my £2 portion is massive and still too much for 2 people.

Love them with curry sauce on though or gravy

Best chips i had were in Blackpool, with a nice piece of cod. As the German in Dads Army said, 'i don't want soggy chips' ! Just a little salt and vinegar. mmmmmm perfect.
