Tell me about it! there is a stream that runs along our 6th and 7th and almost every time i play it in shorts, i get bitten on the calf. Last time, it took around a month for the swelling to come down!

Thats probably why i dont wear shorts very often now!!

However necessary things would include hayfever tablets!

If you suffer with blisters tape up with zinc oxide tape before the round. Job done, also if your getting blisters your shoes dont fit
