Good shot there while standing in the bunker
It was a shot worthy of winning a major

Great final round from him and he finally gets over the line

Some brilliant rounds from others made it a stacked good leaderboard

Some great golf from Hovland and BDC and also nice to see some Europeans in the top 15

Just such a shame he is wearing a horrific colour top 🤮

Pretty incredible that the world no 124 came 2nd in a major and looked like one of the best players in the world.

Congrats Xander 👏👏👏
And
Bryson is box office..

Well, it's his choice to take cash over mainstream golf. I hope he enjoyed playing a full tournament again and the lack of loud music didn't spoil his day. 😉

Wanted Bryson to win but Xander is a worthy winner as he played some excellent golf.

Only thing is the win will justify his ridiculous slow play in his head. He really is hard to watch on TV.

I think people are having the wool pulled over their eyes with Bryson.

Firstly, his Youtube stuff was set up to change his image. Secondly, it's alot easier to act the nice guy when you have no problems and unlimited amounts of money.

So you’re saying its all an act?

Not necessarily all an act, I don't know him well enough to say he's a nice guy or not. Sometimes you just have to look at what's infront of you. Seems pretty obvious to me ever since he signed with LIV he's been on a mission to change his image and public perception, that's why he set his YouTube up.

I think behind the scenes he's probably still the same BDC he's always been. One thing I'll give him though, he is a damn entertaining watch on a golf course.

BDC has always been a bit eccentric , just seems that’s his personality, some like it some don’t. He isn’t a robot as a person or a player but he will definitely be marmite for many

When he is playing golf his game adds excitement too it and he certainly wears his heart on his sleeve at times

At times it seems a little over the top but again that’s down to his personality- he acts like someone who has AdHD maybe

But he is a very good golfer

It is a shame that he doesn’t play against all those top golfers more often

But the event should be about Xander and the fact he is celebrating winning a major without an asterisk 👏

I suspect it's just the fact that he has a lot more freedom now he's not under the control of the PGAT's media rights policies - I'm sure you're right - he's still the same as he's always been, but until he left the PGAT, we'd never really been given the full picture.
