Certainly something different isn’t it. How far Nick was hitting it was outrageous.Well, that was interesting.![]()
As I play watching my 22 handicap mate slice his Pro V1’s out of bounds, I’m happy to carry on playing with my Seed’s.Yeah, same as Rick really. He tested the Takomo driver, which I think showed the best driving numbers I've ever seen from him. Will it go in his bag? I doubt it.
It does baffle me how many 20+ handicappers I see using ProVs to be fair. A triumph of marketing.
Which one? Any good?As I play watching my 22 handicap mate slice his Pro V1’s out of bounds, I’m happy to carry on playing with my Seed’s.
SD-01 I like them. Decent performance and last.Which one? Any good?
Seeing a lot of adds for these all over my socials and inbox lately and YouTube seems so many players are using them.
Which balls are crap?I drive a car with a top speed of whatever it is, but spend my time behind the wheel driving sub 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70mph.
Nothing wrong with a higher handicapper using the best ball.
Those using crap balls usually drive a Skoda, shop at Aldi and never put anything in the poppy tin.

You’ve just berated people who shop at Aldi or drive a SkodaWhatever I, you, or anyone else thinks are.
My point is, use what you want. If you smash a dozen ProV1's pout of bounds every round and you're happy at fifty quid, do it.
To berate others, whatever skill level for choosing a ball THEY wish to play with is as bad as berating the one's who use Kirkland to save a few quid (if they perform better with Kirkland, great).

Yet you berate people for what they drive or where they shop! Massive hypocrisy!Whatever I, you, or anyone else thinks are.
