Your Worst Hole Ever ?

I had a 10 on the 7th at my old club after a hamlet moment in a bunker but the worst hole I've ever seen played was a couple of years ago. It was a 9 hole foresomes comp. It was medal and me an my partner were giving up 9 shots. On the 2nd hole I hit good drive and stood back to watch our partners hit 4 balls into the same pond, finally getting their 9th in play before hittting 3 consecutive fat shots to get to within 10yds of the green and chipped in for a 13.

I would nominate our 17th and another hamlet moment. Its only 218 yards. I pushed the tee shot right, dumped the pitch into the bunker. Thinned the bunker shot into the face. It rolled back into the footprints. Hit the next heavy and didn't get it out. The fifth was heavy too. The sixth came out straight across the green into another bunker. Seven went back into the first bunker. Eight was out and about 20 feet away and I holed the putt to stop the 10

Last Saturday, after a blinding round friday, 6th hole... 1st topped 3 wood, 2nd hybrid hit tree full on bounced back behind me, 3rd took tree on again with 8 iron to play safe and lay up. caught branches and dropped straight down... nearly snapped the 8 iron over my knee, thought sod it, took tree's on, hit trunk went 90 degree's right ob, ended up with a 9

Now I have the odd 9 now and again but this one really was as if some little golfing pixie was purposefully trying to wind me up

it was called a deep breath, a few chosen words to myself and a cigarette, then all was good again

Has plenty of 10's when me and my m8 I first started playing. Basically because we said 10 was the highest score on any one hole.

Since then I've had a 13 earlier this year. Par 4. OOB down right, Ditch down the left. Drove into the ditch, took a drop. Sliced the next 3 over the other side of the fairway with a hybrid OOB. 3 almost identical shots.

Few iron shots and some putts later than there's a 13.

Another friend of mine took a 15 on the 2nd hole of our club champs a few years back. Kept snap hooking his drive OOB on the left but kept driving it until he finally got on onto the faireway.
