Far too subtle Bob. If you want to wind them up or get them to bite you need to ask different questions. Here are some suggestions:
How many competitions were won this weekend by the person who actually shot the lowest score?
How many bad shots did you have to pretend you didn't take to 'win' the 'competition' this weekend?
Why should the lazy; untalented;beginner, have the same chance of success as the hard working;talented; experienced, player?
If the object of the game is to get the ball in the hole in the fewest number of strokes, why isn't the person who does this declared the winner?
Can anyone give a sound moral argument why, as an individual, you deserve to take an advantage over better players to increase your chance of winning?
