nett 68 at ours. i crawled home with a 77 for nett 72, after being 3 under after 5. Css was 72, it's usually 73 or 74. Pretty frustrating as i threw so many shots away, 3 penalty drops and a few unlucky bounces. What could've been!

As per the title.
Were there any 40+ s/ford points or net 64s ?

No, our medal was played in wet and breezy conditions with no run at all and it was the first comp off the back tombstones and won with a 2 under nett score of 69.

We had a stableford cup competition on Saturday. 41 points was division 1 and overall winner, with division 2 won with 37 points. Not many big scores despite the conditions seeming ok to me. I'm still feel massively frustrated by it as I played some of my best golf yet on the front 9 and amassed 20 points from the first 8 holes. Unfortunately something went wrong and I managed a paltry 13 points from the next 10 :(

new quickly improving power hitter off 16 came in with a net 63, (par 68 Css67 ) he won on the previous Wednesday with a net 59, now down to 13.5 !!
but was beaten on countback of last nine by an established 14 handicapper who must have had one of those days, as he had an eagle at the par 5, 9th, the way the wind was blowing he must have put his 3rd in from 100yds and then birdied 16 and 17.

last 2 comps have been 72 against CSS 74 of yellows (SSS+3) on Thursday and 72 against CSS 75 off whites (SSS+2) on Sat; it's been playing tough out there.

these were our club Hall of Fame qualifiers (Seniors and Mens) as well so full fields.

Unusually we did have a 41 point winner on Saturday but it was by a 6 handicapper shooting a gross 71. 38 or 39 is usually good enough at our place but for once the guy who played the best golf won

No idea yet!

Impatiently sitting here waiting on them updating the online system to see if my Net 67 has got me anything more than another handicap cut!

Net 68, net 68 won the 36 hole medal spring meeting. A guy playing off one. Can't complain. Top golf that. I came 6th, net 71 net 73, which I was happy enough with. My first competitive round since about October. First time off the tombs this year too. Windy, cold, no run. Point two cut takes me back to 9.4, so singles for a couple of weeks. Pity I was junk yesterday and today though. Poxy cold, no energy left, coughed my way round.

First big event of the season was won with 40 points. Looks like a 7 h/c pipped a 24 on countback. Good scoring in what I thought were pretty tough conditions, course playing long, with a blustery wind.

I got 29.

CSS was -1.
