what do you eat?

Breakfast or lunch before I go out, take a couple of Eat Natural nut bars with me and a bottle (2 in the summer) of water. Take a bite and a sip each hole, keep topped up rather than running out and taking too long to replenish.

Water for me. Suffering from IBS as I do, eating on the golf course isn't a good idea!!! Besides, I go longer without eating between lunch and dinner than I spend on a golf course so I don't find hunger an issue

Good healthy protein breakfast (eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes ) this staves off hunger for most of the day. I dont eat many carbs/sugar foods as they create peaks and drops in blood sugar levels. Some nuts are good as a mid day top up and I drink lots of water.

just some coffee , 2 bacon rolls before tee off . except when i played an away open comp a few years ago, at jewish owned course. i was slightly embarassed after asking for 2b/ rolls and being told being told we don't do bacon here , i never stopped to think ,sorry
