what do you eat?

Diluting juice in summer, flask of hot choc in winter
Banana and bit-size snickers bars (as if I packed big ones I'd scoff them in a one'r)
Not unknown to pack a PBJ sarnie for breakfast if its an early tee-off

if i'm playing early morning in the week I ring the batch bar and order a bacon & sausage batch and a black coffee, Comp day it's cheese & ham batch with coffee half way round

Nowt , just a bottle of orange juice and a bottle of water -if I'm playing Hainault then there's a cafe and tea hut at the ninth on the
upper course so i get a bacon and egg roll there

I have been walking up the first eating a fish supper before. I was running late after work to make a tee time for a tie and that was quick and greasy!

Good prep as I won 4&2

I'm prone to a Rice Krispie square or two as my snack on the course, also if I'm playing about 10 or 11 I will take a sandwich or certainly buy one on my way to the course as skipping lunch is not the best for my golf!

and what about all the sweets and millions of other stuff you carry around and to be fair offer everyone.

Your a walking halfway house

12 cans of Stella and a Burger King!!!

only joking;)

Nothing, water or a juice if its hot, never felt i had to eat anything on the golf course most of the time

Though i have been known to partake of a hot dog at Castle Stuarts half way house.

One bottle of diluted squash and a tin of boiled sweets hardly constitutes a halfway house. The 'goodies' are normally hidden or eaten before play starts

Lucozade sport & a Yorkie , hardly ever finish the yorkie tho , purely for sugar level emergency ha .. thats my story & im sticking to it ..

Too many oils in chocolate to let the body absorb the energy if blood sugars are low.

Stick to the lucozade or eat Jelly Babies.

Two pints of Stella pre golf, 3 bottles of peroni on course, and then top up the fluid levels with some more peroni in the club house. May be push the boat out and have a bag of pork scratchings? The food of athletes!

2 bananas and 3 litres of fluid, normally squash or filtered water. There's always a couple of cereal bars sitting in my bag just in case I feel crap out on the course.

If I drank 2 pints before golf, i wouldn't know which of the two balls in front of me to hit!
I'm such a lightweight!

2ltr bottle of water and something like a bag of nuts or some cereal bars. i feel it keeps the energy up at the end of the round never play a proper round without them. if its just a practice round by myself just a bottle of water but thats just cos i drink loads of water everyday anyway.
